Pi Phi Fiesta Night 2012

Sisters, husbands, and boyfriends all gathered for a fun night with the standard Mexican flair, a build-your-own-taco bar, and margaritas. Each member contributed a dish to the event, including a bean dip, seven layer dip, spanish rice, tortilla soup and some yummy desserts.

Before we started the festivities, we recognized Sandy Delmonte with her golden arrow pin for having fifty years of membership with Pi Beta Phi. Thank you for your commitment to Pi Phi, Sandy!

Panhellenic's Kentucky Derby Fundraiser

The Honolulu Alumnae Panhellenic Association (HAPA) held it's annual spring fundraiser at the Oahu Country Club on the first Saturday in May. This year's theme was "Kentucky Derby" featuring extravagant hats, a silent auction, and derby-inspired games of chance. The event was a great success and a lot of fun. Pi Beta Phi members Sandy D. and Jessica W. attended the event, along with friends.

Founder's Day 2012

The Honolulu Alumnae Club honored our founding members this weekend at our traditional Founder's Day luncheon at the Waioli Tea Room. The ladies enjoyed either a delicious curry chicken salad (the most popular item), a Manoa chicken salad, or a small quiche and salad. Lunch was followed by a light dessert from Beard Papa's.

Each Golden Arrow received a wine and silver blue yarn lei made by Kathy Ebey. We also took the time to officially recognize Diane McFaull for her fifty years of membership and present her with a Golden Arrow pin. Thank you, ladies for your lifelong commitment to Pi Beta Phi!!
